Tuesday: Mini Makers Club with Ms. Vurchio & Mrs. Mancini (Grades PK4 - 2nd Grade) Mini Makers Club is all about using imagination, creating, and having fun! From building towers and designing treasure maps to making puppets, painting, and inventing their own creations, each week will be a hands-on adventure full of creativity and surprises—and kids get to take home a special creation from each session. At the end of the program, we will have a “Mini Makers Trophy Finale,” where every child designs their own trophy to celebrate everything they’ve made. Wednesday: Grit Ninja (Grades (K-4) This dynamic 6-week ninja program is designed to build strength, agility, and confidence through a series of exciting challenges. Each week, participants will focus on mastering a new skill, with obstacles rotating regularly to keep things fresh and engaging. You'll encounter thrilling obstacles like the warped wall, grip gauntlet, cliffhanger, balance courses, and a conditioning station to improve endurance and overall fitness. As you progress, you'll develop the skills needed to tackle each obstacle with confidence and power. The curriculum is designed by professional ninja coaches, many of whom have competed on NBC's *American Ninja Warrior*. Learn about lions, elephants, sharks and more, and find out how wildlife conservationists work to protect species around the globe. Experiment with a variety of art techniques using Crayola® products to create animal-inspired art projects, from frog paintings to polar bear sculptures! Let your creativity run wild and bring your handiwork home to build a menagerie of animal-themed masterpieces.
