Early Drop Off/Extended Day

Any family interested in using Extended Day/Early Drop during the year is required to register online before using the program.  The one-time Family registration is needed to collect the name(s) of your child(ren), grade, allergies, and the names of people authorized for pickup.  There is NO CHARGE for the one-time registration fee per Family. We cannot accept walk-ins for children whose family is not registered.  

We encourage families to sign up early in the year if they intend to use it at any time during the school year.

Early Drop Off/Extended Day  Registration

• Please use the Pickup Patrol system to let us know when you plan to use the Extended Day/Early Drop. We prefer to know at least a week in advance, but you can let us know the day of usage if you have a last-minute need.

• Registered Families will receive a reminder message every Friday:
  • If Extended Day is not your child's Pickup Patrol default dismissal plan, please update Pickup Patrol for your child and select Extended Day for the day(s) you plan to use it. 
  • If Extended Day is your child's Pickup Patrol default dismissal plan on a given day, and you know of a day(s) that you are not going to use it, please update your child's dismissal plans for that day(s) and let us know how to dismiss your child.

• When you register online, you will be required to create an account and enter a valid credit card. Detailed usage will be viewable on your account and will be billed automatically to your card on the 15th of the month following usage. 

• Any Family with an outstanding balance over 30 days old, due to failed payment, will not be allowed to participate in the program until payment is made in full.  

General Information:

• Available to all students in PreK-3 through Grade 8.
• Runs Monday through Friday, and follows the school calendar.
• Early Drop Off starts at 7:20am, children will be brought to their classrooms at the start of school.
• Extended Day runs from 2:30pm-5:30pm on regular schools days and from 12:00pm-5:30pm on 12:00pm dismissal days.  
• The programs will not be available when school is closed for inclement weather, holidays, etc. 
• Extended Day will generally not be available on days before vacations: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
• Held at the Grammar School.

• Quiet time for students to do their homework. Staff will provide help to students who may need it.
• Time for board games/reading/art/iPads
• Outdoor play and use of the gym.
• The students will be supervised at all times.

• Children should bring their own snacks and drinks
• On 12:00pm dismissal days, students should bring their lunch.       

Early Drop-Off Fees and Payment:

Per Child                   $10.00 per day

  
Extended Program Fees and Payment:

Fees are computed daily in 30-minute increments only and are non-refundable.  There is a 5 minute grace period for billing. There is a reduced hourly rate for usage by multiple children in one family:

One Child                    $16.00 per hour daily
Two Children               Additional $5 per hour daily
Three Children            Additional $10 per hour daily
Four Children              Additional $15 per hour daily
Five Children               Additional $20 per hour daily 

Usage will be automatically billed to the credit card on file on the 15th of the month following usage.
