• Starting in the 2025-2026 School year. the Archdiocese of NY has selected the FACTS system to replace TADS Educate for student academic records.  

  
  

  The FACTS Family Portal, a private and secure portal, allows school parents to view assessment scores, homework and assignment grades, and quarterly report cards specific to their children. 

  
  

  The Family Portal will also provide other useful school information, such as an online Family Directory.  

  
  

  Follow the directions below to set up parent access to the FACTS Family Portal for Resurrection.  Once you have set up your sign-in and password, we recommend you bookmark the site for simpler access in the future.

• Setting up Access to FACTS Family Portal

  
  NOTE: The preferred browser for access is Chrome. The system will work with Firefox and MS Edge.  There may be access issues using Safari.
  
  1. Parents will need to set up a username and password for access to FACTS.
  
  2. To get started, go to Resurrection School's FACTS Portal page:
  
  3. Our School's District Code is prefilled:  ADNY-NY
  
  4. Click Create an Account
  
  5. Type your email address. (It must be an email address that you provided when you enrolled your child.)
  
  6. An email will be sent to you which contains a link to create your Family Portal Login. The link is active for 6 hours.
  
  7. Type Username and Password
  
  8. Click Create Account
  
  9. Click Back to Login and use your new credentials.
  
  The generic access to FACTS is at FACTSmgt.com. If you get to FACTS this way, you will need to enter the district code ADNY-NY when asked.
